Our Short Message Service policy (“SMS Policy”) explains how we take the user’s consent and use SMS text messaging. Please read these SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) carefully.

2. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by texting “STOP” to 702 5576625 (“Opt out”). You may receive a follow-up message confirming your request to opt-out. If you elect to Opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from PoolStar unless you re-subscribe to such services. 
3. Send the word “HELP” to 702 5576625  if you need any assistance. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply.
4. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
5. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to update your information with us if your mobile phone number changes and to let us know about it. 
6. Data collected from you in connection with this SMS service may include your phone number, the name of your carrier, and the content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. This information may be used to contact you and provide the services you have requested from us. 

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES 

PoolStar will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your wireless service provider. Please reach out to your wireless service provider if you have questions about your text messages or data plan.
