The Jandy Aqualink controller is used to control pool equipment via automation. Using this controller you can program when equipment will turn on and off. You can also set heater temperatures for both pool and spa assign items to come on for freeze protection options along with many other programming and settings. Below is a short video on how to program equipment to come on and off and also how to cancel a program. The second video is how to assign equipment to come on if the temperatures drop. Note that by default the filter pump is always assigned to come on via the freeze protection settings and does not need to be assigned. To be able to use the in-house controller ensure that the outside controller is in “Auto mode.” If it is in either “Service mode” or “Time Out mode,” then you will not be able to use the in-house controller until it is returned to “Auto mode”
