We are aware that you have probably been inundated with correspondence in connection with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, which is spreading across the world and is naturally a cause for concern for all. We are anticipating that COVID-19 will cause disruption to businesses and to people’s day-to-day lives over the coming weeks and beyond. We are open as usual though and providing pool service.
As employers we have a duty of care to our staff and as a business, we also have a further duty of care to our clients to ensure that we provide as safe an environment as possible for all concerned and ensure that we do not expose anyone to unnecessary risk.
As the government’s guidance is likely to change as time passes, we would like to make you aware of the measures we are putting in place to enable us to maintain a level of service during these difficult times. You will appreciate this is an evolving situation and we will continue to act on the advice provided by the CDC and would encourage you to do so as well.
In light of the guidance of social isolation, we have notified our pool service technicians that they are not obliged to meet with customers in person at the current time and that conversation concerning your pool maintenance should occur as email or text/telephone calls to firstname.lastname@example.org or (702) 557-6625. Of course many of you correspond with us in this manner already. Conversely, if any of our employees report symptoms or test positive they will be asked to isolate. There is a chance that such practice could result in a change to your service day or time but your pool will be serviced weekly as usual.
